Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
